REA.ai offers an AI-powered platform designed for real estate professionals. Our smart assistant, REA, helps automate customer interactions, lead qualification, feedback collection, appointment scheduling, and performance insights to help agencies convert leads into sales and build stronger client relationships.

When you create an account, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current information, maintain and promptly update your account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, be responsible for all activities under your account, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service during your active subscription period solely for your internal real estate business operations.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE. You will be charged at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to: violate any applicable law or regulation, use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes, violate fair housing laws, send spam or unsolicited marketing, upload viruses or malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, impersonate others, collect personal information without consent, use the Service to harass or threaten, violate third-party rights, reverse engineer the Service, or remove copyright notices.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all real estate licensing laws, fair housing regulations, MLS rules, RESPA provisions, advertising regulations, and data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, or information you submit through the Service, including customer data, lead information, property details, communications, and feedback.
By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, process, modify, display, and distribute Your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, generate analytics, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content, that it does not violate third-party rights or laws, that you have obtained all necessary consents, and that it is accurate and not misleading.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove Your Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of Your Content.

These providers may anonymize and aggregate data for service improvement, AI model training, quality assurance, research and development, and analytics.
No Control Over Third Parties: We do not control third-party AI providers' data practices, security measures, or use of data. Your data may be subject to their privacy policies and data practices.
No Guarantee of Complete Anonymization: While we take measures to anonymize data, no method is completely foolproof. There is a theoretical risk that data could be re-identified.
International Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, making independent business decisions, and accepting consequences of relying on AI outputs.
The Service and any AI-generated content do NOT constitute professional advice, including legal, financial, tax, real estate brokerage, accounting, or any other licensed professional service. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
The Service may integrate with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, calendar applications, payment processors, Multiple Listing Services (MLS), social media platforms, and analytics services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not a party to and are not responsible for third-party terms.
We are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party integrations, third-party data practices or security, third-party charges, or changes to third-party services.
By using third-party integrations, you authorize us to access your third-party accounts solely to provide the Service. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, code, algorithms, REA AI technology, website design, logos, trademarks, content, graphics, documentation, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, are and remain the exclusive property of Trusti LLC and/or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works; reproduce or distribute any portion; decompile or reverse engineer; remove copyright notices; use our trademarks without permission; or register similar trademarks or domain names.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that your use will result in leads or sales, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that the Service will be compatible with your systems.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any specific uptime percentage, that the Service will be available at any particular time, or that backups will be successful.
Some features may be designated as "beta," "pilot," "experimental," or similar. These are provided for testing only and may contain bugs. Beta features are provided without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
